Terms of Service

We groom dogs by appointment. Prices depend on your dog's size, coat, and the services chosen, and are confirmed before we begin. Please let us know about any medical, behavior, or handling concerns so we can care for your dog safely. We may decline or stop a groom if it is not safe for your dog or our groomer.

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.

Introductory offers are for new clients, limited to one per client, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.

Our website form offers two separate and independent text message choices. Each is optional, each is unchecked by default, and you can choose either, both, or neither.

• Service texts: if you check this box, you agree to receive text messages from T's Groom Room about your inquiry, scheduling and appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
• Marketing texts: if you check this box, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages about specials, discounts, and news. Marketing consent is not required for purchase and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

The following applies to both programs:

• Opting in is completely optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or call/text us at the number listed on this site.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
