When you fill out a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, and optional details about your dog (name and breed). If you sign a grooming waiver we also collect the information on that form. We collect basic website analytics so we know which pages are useful.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, send service updates, and if you have asked for it send occasional offers. We store customer contact details in our booking and customer systems so we can keep your dog's grooming history.

Mobile phone information and SMS consent are used solely for T's Groom Room communications. We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with vendors and service providers strictly to deliver our messaging and services on our behalf (for example our text messaging provider, our booking and payment system, and our email provider). Those providers may only use the information to perform that service for us.

Our lead form captures two separate text message permissions: one for service texts (inquiry replies, scheduling, reminders, and service updates) and one for marketing texts (occasional promotional offers). They are stored independently, and agreeing to one never opts you into the other.

Both text messaging opt-ins are optional and are never required to book, purchase, or receive service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us to be removed at any time. The consent language currently in use is version 2026-08-24.service.v1 for service texts and 2026-08-24.marketing.v1 for marketing texts.

We use website analytics to understand traffic sources and improve the site. You can opt out of analytics on this device.

We keep customer and pet records for as long as needed to provide grooming services and meet our record-keeping obligations. Information is stored in access-controlled systems.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling, texting, or emailing us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
